Here is an updated list of the main 12″ turntables currently available to purchase, brand new in retail stores, that are most used by Scratch DJs.
You can use this list to do your own research and see what suits you best.
There are many review sites and videos out there to help you make an informed buying decision which at the end of the day comes down to personal preference. If you can try a turntable out in person, I highly recommend doing so.
I’ve linked each turntable back to the official product page so you can see exact specifications.
I’m not affiliated with any of these companies and none of these links are affiliate links.

Technics
Honouring the TECHNICS SL-1200 MK2 (Silver) here first – still available to purchase second hand. My current turntable of choice. Older and harder to get hold of but solid, solid, solid! Industry standard for years.
The current new Technics option is TECHNICS SL-1200 MK7 – and I haven’t seen many Scratch DJs using it, maybe due to the high price.
Note it has no ultrapitch. +/-8% or +/-16% only.
Technics MK2 or MK5 are probably your best best if you really want technics.
Pioneer
Reloop
Stanton
