Welcome to episode 20 of my DJcity “Scratch Combo of the Month.”
This month we combine a reverse crab and flares to create this swinging combo.
Learning the individual scratches that make up this combo first will definitely help. If you need help with that I recommend diving into my School of Scratch.
If you are a regular crossfader scratch DJ, I recommend learning the individual techniques listed in the breakdown first, then putting them all together using this video as a guide. You do not have to be a hamster / reverse crossfader style DJ to do this combo. It is for everyone! I have a guide to help regular scratch DJs learn with me here.
Have fun with it!
