Wow! Honestly, I’m a bit rusty on the cut! It’s been a while since I have been scratching properly, but I couldn’t let that hold me back from relasing a brand new Free Beat Friday for you to practice your scratching with.
That said, Studio Scratches week 34 free beat is now available for download.
This week its an old school melodic hip hop beat at 92 bpm produced for Studio Scratches by the legendary DJ Jeff. Thanks Jeff!

Started scatching in the early 90s inspired by DJ Aladdin, Daddy Rich, Cash Money, Pete Rock, Premier, K Def, Jazzy Jeff, also DJs undercover and Supreme out of UK. Played for a Jazz band a couple of years and toured with them, did radioshows, gigs with my MC. Made about 7 records for labels prob best known Return of the DJ Vol 2. Also the Dutch Masters was an album I worked on. I have about 600 vinyl records mostly from the golden era. Started making beats around 2001 with my 2000XL but I’m not a producer. DJing is my main thing in music. Currently I’m doing some scratches for a rapper. When his album drops i’ll let you know.
